  • Do I have to be there?
    That is completely up to you! You can stick around or prompt us entry directions before the appointment. We will also text you a reminder the day before the appointment. Any last minute cancellations will be charged 50% of the cleaning fee.
  • Do I need to provide supplies?
    Cleaning products we provide; Conventional mop & bucket, dry mop, microfiber rags, paper towels, specialty products like bleach, stainless steel cleaners, etc, cleaning brushes and dusters. Cleaning products we do not provide; Vacuum, toilet wand, garbage bags. For the best experience, we believe in long standing relationships so that our cleaning caddies and personalized supplies bundle can be easily categorized for your home only. We will buy and use “scrubdaddy” sponges for your home once the second clean is scheduled or once you become a member. You will be able to choose to become a member during your first booking.
  • Can I specify exactly what I want to be done?
    Absolutely! This can be added in the “special instructions” part of the questionaire!
  • How do we work?
    Everyone deserves a clean home and personalized service. We are a cleaning company that uses the products YOU prefer; whether it be green products or abrasives and chemicals. Our cleaners are all employed by All Purpose Service, after multiple interview rounds and a background check. We also provide easy ways to book, schedule, pay and alter preferences all through your account.
